The first month of 2015 has been amazing. 2014 is behind me and this year I am actually turning over a new leaf. Leaving the past behind and really starting over. And having a blast doing it.

The first weekend of 2014 was NC Merfest. I modeled a latex tail for the Under Sea Mermaid Co and became their official model, gaining me my first realistic mermaid tail!

I am in the process of making my first silicone tail for the amazing Some Like it Blue on facebook. She is great, and I can't wait to finish her tail. It is turning out so wonderful. I can't wait to be able to offer tails for more mermaids.

At the end of this first month of 2015 I attended the 5th Annual Polar Plunge at Oak Mountain in support of the Special Olympics. I had so much fun with the kids and even got in the local news!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Sorry....Dragon Con 2014 was awesome! Nothing went as planned but I had a blast anyway. The guests were amazing. They were all so friendly and personable.

I was Mystique on Saturday night. Let me know if any of you folks caught pictures of me.

So Halloween will be here before we know it! (Doesn't it every year?) So I will open up commissions for my dog costumes. If interested send me a message of what you were thinking and we can work out the details! I can do accessories or full costumes! Prices adjust accordingly.

After a bit of confusion with work about my schedule, I have left for vacation in Florida!

Here since Thursday, and having tons of fun! We saw X-Men: Days of Future Past at an early premiere that night after we arrived, and it was AMAZING.

Raced Go-Karts and swam today....Played hearts with family. I won the Go-Karts and card game. :3 Just on a roll I guess.

Have fun, don't stress and just live life! It's the only one you've got! Use it wisely! I've been stressing way too much lately and this vacation is just what I needed!

So I have a lot of cosplay planned for Dragon Con this year. First is Mystique. I also am working on The Great Fairy from LoZ: OoT. Then I have Whiplash from Iron Man 2.

Now Whiplash is the fun one. I am making my dog, the same one as in the Umbreon costume, an Iron Man cosplay. I will be making Whiplashes whips into light up leashes! Whiplash vs Iron Man

Lots of fun stuff planned. My swimmable mermaid tail is on hold until I can afford the Dragonskin silicone.
